Contact
Email: support@mymysticday.com
Contact form: mymysticday.com/contact
Written enquiries are answered within 24 hours on business days. Email is the fastest way to reach us and the address above is monitored directly; there is no queue, no ticket number and no automated first reply.
We do not operate a telephone line. § 5 (1) no. 2 DDG requires a means of rapid electronic communication that allows direct contact, and the Court of Justice of the European Union has confirmed that a telephone number is not mandatory where another equally quick and efficient channel is offered. Email and the contact form are both monitored by the operator personally, and the 24-hour answer commitment above is the undertaking that makes them equivalent.
Value added tax
In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz, UStG — the small business regulation), no value added tax is charged and none is shown separately on invoices. There is consequently no VAT identification number. Prices stated on this website are total prices.
Responsible for editorial content
Responsible for journalistic and editorial content pursuant to § 18 (2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty (Medienstaatsvertrag, MStV): Volodymyr Snihovyi, address as given above.
Supervisory authority and professional regulation
The services offered on this site are not a regulated profession. There is no supervisory authority, no chamber, no professional title granted in a member state and no professional code of conduct applicable to them, so none is stated here. Nothing on this site is offered as medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice — see the disclaimer.
Consumer dispute resolution
Pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG): we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
This does not affect your statutory rights in any way. We would much rather settle a complaint directly, and our refund policy is written so that most complaints have a faster answer than any arbitration board could give.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation, under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known, and we will remove such content promptly.
Liability for links
Our pages contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore accept no responsibility for that third-party content. The provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement, and we will remove such links promptly if one becomes known.
Copyright
The content and works on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use.
The astronomical calculations, the written interpretations and the card illustrations published on this site are our own work, created by or for the operator. Where content was created by third parties, their rights are observed and third-party content is marked as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please tell us and we will remove the content promptly.
Text and data mining
We expressly reserve the rights in this content for the purposes of text and data mining within the meaning of § 44b (3) of the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG) and Article 4 (3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. The reservation covers the whole of this website and is declared in machine-readable form, as those provisions require, under the Text and Data Mining Reservation Protocol at /.well-known/tdmrep.json and in the tdm-reservation header served with that file and with our robots.txt.
Two different permissions are involved here and we keep them apart deliberately. Reading this site is one thing; mining it is another. Our robots.txt welcomes search engines and answer engines — including the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and the assistants people now ask questions of — because being read, quoted and cited is the point of publishing. That welcome is permission to fetch, to index, to quote and to attribute. It is not permission to use this content as training data, and access to the site never becomes such a licence by implication.
Reproducing this site or any part of it in order to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark a machine learning model therefore requires our prior written consent. We are not opposed to giving it: write to support@mymysticday.com and say what you want to use and for what. The crawlers that exist solely to collect training data and return neither citation nor referral are refused in robots.txt instead.
Notices
Notices concerning unlawful content, copyright infringement or a defective legal page reach us fastest at support@mymysticday.com. A notice that identifies the specific page and the specific problem will be acted on; a notice that does not will be answered with a request for those two things.
