Are the reviews on MyMysticDay checked before they are published?

Yes. Every review is checked by hand. A submitted review is held in a moderation queue, a person at MyMysticDay reads it, and it is then either published as written or not published at all. Nothing appears on the site automatically, and nothing is edited beyond removing a name or a private detail the writer did not mean to make public.
Where do MyMysticDay reviews come from?

From customers and from readers who used the free tools. Anyone can write one from the reviews page without buying anything, and buyers are also emailed about 3 days after their report was delivered, with a private single-use link tied to that order. Both routes go through the same moderation and are published on exactly the same terms.
Are the reviews on MyMysticDay verified?

A review is marked as a verified purchase when it arrived through the private link sent to the address on a paid order. That flag is set by the server from the link itself and cannot be selected on the form, which is the only reason the badge is worth showing. Reviews written without a purchase are published too, without the badge.
Does MyMysticDay pay for reviews or offer a discount for one?

No. Nothing is paid for, discounted, entered into a prize draw, or exchanged for a review, and no review is written in-house. Every submission also has to confirm that it is the writer's own unpaid experience before it can be sent.
Are negative reviews removed?

No. A review is rejected only when it is spam, abuse, or a support question sent to the wrong form, and a published one is taken down only when its author asks or when the purchase behind it was refunded. Critical reviews are published, and are answered publicly where there is something to answer.
Why does a rating not appear on some pages?

An average is only published once a page has at least 3 reviews. Below that the individual reviews are still shown in full, because one honest review is worth reading, but a five-star average calculated from a single review is a statistic that means nothing and is best not claimed at all.
How long does it take for a review to appear?

Can I change or delete a review I wrote?

Yes. Use the contact page from the address you wrote it with and it will be edited or removed. Reviews are otherwise edited only to remove a full name, a location, or a private detail — never to change the point being made.
